JAKARTA – PT Maspion Group exports 22 containers of alumni products worth USD 1.2 million to six countries. The goods departed from Surabaya, East Java, yesterday (29/9).
Ailen Oetami Dewi, Director of Maspion Group, claimed that Maspion’s aluminium goods have been well-recognised internationally. “We face no difficulty in entering the countries that have adopted advanced technology, such as the United States (US), Australia, and Europe,” she stated in the press release.
The deployment of those 22 containers was witnessed by Zulkifli Hasan, Minister of Trade. Until now, Maspion recorded 100,021 containers containing various products to the global market.
In 2021, the contribution of Indonesia in the export of extruded aluminium reaches 1.02%, equal to USD 212.77 million. The said export value proliferated 39.91% compared to the value recorded in 2020 of USD 152.08 million. The export destinations include Italy, Spain, England, and Australia. (LK/ZH)
