JAKARTA. PT Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (RELI) announced the plan of interim dividend distribution of IDR 9.43 per share, or IDR 16.98 billion in total.
Nurwati Tunggal, Corporate Secretary of RELI, confirmed that this plan aligns with the decision made by the Board of Directors of RELI. “It had also been approved by the Board of Commissioners on September 27, 2022,” she explained in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be given to RELI’s shareholders whose names have been registered in the shareholders list by October 11, 2022. Then, the disbursement will take place on October 14, 2022.
According to idnfinancials.com data, RELI scored a net profit of IDR 16.98 billion until June 30, 2022. The company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 341.67 million and total equity of IDR 514.63 billion. (KR/ZH)
