JAKARTA. PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk (PNBS) has channelled a credit facility worth IDR 10 billion to PT Lancartama Sejati Tbk (TAMA), a building construction service provider circa 1990.
Destry Sianturi, Corporate Secretary of TAMA, confirmed that the agreement was signed on September 29, 2022. The credit that is channelled is categorised as a musyakarah sharia current account financing, as she mentioned in the disclosure earlier today (3/10).
The tenor agreed by TAMA and PNBS is one year, or specifically due November 20, 2023. This credit facility will be spent on covering working capital needs of TAMA.
“With this facility, there is no negative impact on our operational activities, as this bank loan is essential in sustaining our business,” Sianturi added. (KR/ZH)
