JAKARTA - Two subsidiaries of PT Cowell Development Tbk (COWL) continue its effort (going concern) after receiving a decision from the Supreme Court (MA). Currently, his party is waiting for the Judicial Review (PK) og the Central Jakarta District Court's bankruptcy decision in 2020.
"Under the supervision of the curator, PT Plaza Adika Lestari (PAL) rents out units in the Atrium Mall and office space of Cowell Tower building. PT Nusantafa Prospekindo Sukses (NPS) carriee out building maintenance, but does not carry out land and building sales," said Pikoli Sinaga, Corporate Secretary of COWL in the disclosure of information as quoted on Friday (7/10).
The PK submitted by PAL and NPS is 31PK/PDT.SUS-pailit/2021/PN Niaga Jkt. Pst on October 29, 2021. According to him, this condition has resulted in significant decrease in income and apartment management.
