JAKARTA - PT Damai Investama Sukses (DIS) sold its 10.7 million shares in PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) in a transaction that took place yesterday (5/10).
Annastintatia Polii, Head of Corporate Affairs of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) said the number of DIS shares after divestment was 447,438,000 from 458,048,000 shares. "After the transaction the percentage of DIS shares fell 0.71% to 29.62% from 30.33%," she said in an information disclosure quoted Friday (7/10).
The sale share price was set at Rp 270 per share. When calculated, the result of the transaction was IDR 2.88 billion.
As of September 2022, TRJA has 1,510,200,000 shares with share ownership as follows, DIS 30.33%. PT MSJ Investama 30.06%, PT Aneka 10.65%, and the public 28.94%. (LK/LM)
