JAKARTA - PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Tbk (ZYRX), a lap top producer, obtained a maximum loan of US$ 7 million to purchase raw materials.
Evan Jordan, Corporate Secretary of ZYRX said that the facilities are in the form of Letter of Credit (LC) and trust receipt (TR). "The company signed the LC and TR facilities from PT Bank BTPN," he said in an information disclosure quoted on Monday (10/10).
According to him, the two parties signed a credit agreement and guarantees last weekend (7/10). The agreement stipulates administrative costs, fees, interest costs, and loan installments received by the company. (LK/LM)
