JAKARTA – PT Emesen Properti (EP), the owner of La Montana Bogor Apartment, is served a Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (lit. Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang/PKPU) lawsuit by Martinus Irsyad.
Quoting the Central Jakarta District Court website today (11/10), the petitioner’s name id Martinus Irsyad, who had filed the lawsuit last week (7/10) under case No.270/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2022/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst.
In said petition, Irsyad requests for a temporary PKPU status for EP for 45 days after the decision is announced by the court and asks the court to assemble a curator team once EP is declared bankrupt.
La Montana Bogor Apartment had its ground-breaking ceremony on December 28, 2017. It is projected to adopt a two-towers concept, called Monte Tosa Tower and Montblanc Tower of 22 floors and erected over 8,888 square metres of land. This apartment is designed to have 1,481 units inside the building of 66,149.47 square metres. (LK/ZH)
