FIF to issue bonds of IDR 1.18 trillion bonds

JAKARTA. PT Federal International Finance (FIF), a financing company under Astra Group, will issue its Shelf-Registration Bonds V of FIF Phase IV Year 2022 worth IDR 1.18 trillion in total.

These bonds are a part of a public offering program of Shelf-Registration Bonds V of FIF, aiming for a total of IDR 10 trillion. FIF had issued its Phase I Bonds worth IDR 1.5 trillion, Phase II Bonds of IDR 1.75 trillion, and Phase III Bonds of IDR 2 trillion prior to this round of issuance.

For the Phase IV, FIF will offer bonds in two series, A and B. Series A bonds will be worth IDR 500.76 billion, while series B is offered for IDR 676.24 billion. The coupon rates of both series are set to 5% and 6.80% per year, respectively.

In the prospectus, FIF plans to utilise the entire proceeds of the bonds issuance to enhance its working capital, particularly for the vehicle consumer financing.

The public offering of bonds is scheduled to last from October 24 to 25, 2022. Meanwhile, the electronic distribution of bonds will take place on October 28, 2022, before finally being recorded on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on October 31, 2022. (KR/ZH)
