JAKARTA. PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) has launched beta version of MyVerse, the first transportation metaverse ecosystem in Indonesia made for public.
In MyVerse development, WIFI joins forces with two technology companies, Fromlabs Pte Ltd and PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem (FuturPhuture). Formlabs is a Singaporean company, while the latter is based in Indonesia.
Hermansjah Haryono, CEO of Surge, claimed that this public launch of MyVerse is the initial push to drive the digital creative economy in Indonesia. "All communities are welcome to utilise this digital ecosystem," he said.
In the initial stage of MyVerse launch, WIFI aims to acquire 20 million transportation users that have accessed the service of the company. Then, MyVerse is expected to have a boost in its experience in the company's service ecosystem.
Prior to the launch, MyVerse has been tested to every layer of Jabodetabek Commuter Line users. WIFI has also joined forces with 36 brands for initiating the first phase of the MyVerse ecosystem utilisation, acquiring brands in the retail, education, and financial sectors. (KR/ZH)
