JAKARTA. PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) will publicly offer its Shelf-Registration Bonds IV Phase I Year 2022 worth IDR 1.75 trillion and Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah IV Phase I Year 2022 of IDR 750 billion.
These securities are a part of a more extensive public offering program of Shelf-Registration Bonds IV of IDR 10.5 trillion and Sukuk Ijarah V of Indosat of IDR 4.5 trillion.
The Bonds Phase I of ISAT will be offered in series A and B of IDR 875 billion each. The coupons attached to both series are set to 7% and 7.70% per year, respectively. The tenor of series A is three years, while series B will mature in five years.
Then, the sukuk ijarah will also be offered in two series, A and B. Both have the same principal of IDR 375 billion. However, the ijarah yield instalment for series A is set to IDR 26.25 billion per year, while series B has an annual yield of IDR 28.88 billion. Similarly, the tenors of series A and B are set to three and five years.
The public offering of bonds and sukuk of ISAT will commence on October 18 until October 21, 2022, before being concluded in the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on October 27, 2022. (KR/ZH)
