JAKARTA – PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (AMOR) allocates a budget for cash dividend distribution of IDR 32.5 per share for the fiscal year 2021. The dividend will be received by shareholders, already registered in the Official Shareholder List, on November 11, 2022.
Lydia Toisuta, Corporate Secretary of AMOR, claimed that total dividend will reach IDR 72.08 billion for this fiscal year 2021. The distribution follows other records of gains at the end of June 2022, including a net profit of IDR 118.47 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 76.34 billion, and total equity of IDR 309.50 billion.
The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to October 26-27, 2022, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market is scheduled for October 28-31, 2022. The shareholders eligible for this dividend are those who have been listed by October 28, 2022. (LK/ZH)
