JAKARTA. PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ) has channelled a loan facility worth IDR 518.39 billion to one of its subsidiaries, PT Nusa Sejahtera Kharisma (NSK).

Arie Farisandi, Corporate Secretary of SRAJ, revealed that said loan facility will be utilised to boost its working capital and cover NSK’s operational needs. The tenor is set to one year, and the facility is equipped with an interest rate of 3% per annum without any additional fine in regard to advanced pay off.

“The transaction will not affect the company’s financial condition negatively, considering that the loan granted to the subsidiary originates from the proceeds of bonds issuance of the company,” Farisandi explained in the official disclosure acquired by idnfinancials.com.

For the record, NSK is a company that focuses on medical device distribution. It is headquartered in Bandung, West Java, and reportedly has total assets of IDR 422.56 billion.
