JAKARTA. PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB) seeks fresh funds of IDR 400 billion in the forthcoming issuance of Medium Term Notes (MTN) I Year 2022.
Said securities will be offered with an annual fixed interest rate of 9%. The interest will be paid every three months, starting on February 1, 2023.
The tenor of this MTN is set to three years. The electronic distribution has been scheduled on November 1, 2022, and will mature on November 1, 2025.
PSAB has assigned PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as the lead arranger in this MTN issuance, while PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) will act as the trustee.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, PSAB had cash and cash equivalent of USD 23.96 million at the end of June 2022. Its total assets clocked up to USD 827 million, while its total equity was rounded up to USD 399.14 million. (KR/ZH)
