Pelindo to pay off Senior Notes 2045 of USD 26.65 million

JAKARTA – PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), a holding company of port operators, reportedly repurchased 5.33% of its Senior Notes 2045 of USD 500 million, last week.

Mega Satria, Director of Financial and Risk Management of Pelindo, mentioned that now, the remaining principle of the Notes is down to USD 473.35 million. “The company has completed the repurchase of a portion of the Notes, amounting to USD 26.65 million of the entire principle,” Satria confirmed in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (26/10).

According to Satria, the company also announced this repurchase of notes in Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on October 25, 2022. The interest of said notes has been set to 5.375%, and they will mature by 2045. (LK/ZH)
