JAKARTA – PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk (ITIC), a tobacco product manufacturer, collected a profit of IDR 19.48 billion in Q3 2022, shifting 22.49% higher from IDR 16.23 billion seen in Q3 2021. The profit growth was reportedly supported by increases in the domestic sales.
In the Financial Statement of Q3 2022 quoted Thursday (27/10), Djonny Saksono, Director of ITIC, claimed that the sales reached IDR 207.60 billion, growing from IDR 174.48 billion in Q3 2021. Similarly, its gross profit also climbed from IDR 53.16 billion to IDR 57.73 billion.
Most sales originated from the domestic market, which brought in IDR 211.22 billion of revenue, higher than IDR 176.51 billion in Q3 2021. On the other hand, the export sales declined from IDR 888.28 billion to IDR 862.33 billion.
The users with over 10% contributions to ITIC’s sales were CV Sinergi Padi, which generated IDR 29.94 billion, UD Citra Prima Distributor of IDR 22.01 billion, and PD Setia Mandiri of IDR 19.57 billion. (LK/ZH)
