JAKARTA. PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) gains IDR 21.98 billion of interim dividend from one of its many subsidiaries, PT Serasi Autoraya.
Yudas Tadeus Go Wie Lien, Director of Serasi Autoraya, claimed that said interim dividend distribution is in accordance with the decision made by the company’s board of directors. “It had also been approved by the Board of Commissioner,” Lien added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend had been disbursed on October 24, 2022, amounting to IDR 28 per share.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, ASII was still listed as the ultimate shareholder, controlling 100% of Serasi Autoraya’s shares as of June 2022.
Serasi Autoraya is ASII’s subsidiary that is engaged in the infrastructure and logistic industry. It has been running since 1990 and, as of now, records total assets of IDR 7.43 trillion. (KR/ZH)
