JAKARTA – PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) concludes the tender offer and consent solicitation worth USD 138.59 million for Notes 2024 worth USD 171.39 million.
Quoting the information disclosure Thursday (27/10), Tony Rudiyanto, Corporate Secretary of Alam Sutera Realty, explained that the company arranged this tender offer and consent solicitation in order to modify terms and conditions of said Notes. “Regarding said agreement, the company had signed an additional indenture concerning the modification and limitation of the notes,” he added.
According to Rudiyanto, the outstanding principal of Notes is down to USD 32.80 million, following the conclusion of the tender offer yesterday (25/10). This step will minimise the amount of indebted notes and improve the company’s financial situation.
For the record, approximately 80.86% and 81.61% of the holder of Notes 2024 had agreed to said tender offer and consent solicitation agreements. (LK/ZH)
