JAKARTA. PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk (FISH) recently signed a credit facility agreement worth IDR 150 billion with PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia.
Sofia Ridmarini, Corporate Secretary of FISH, mentioned that this credit facility is categorised as a demand loan that will be available for the next 12 months since the first credit agreement signing. “The facility is guaranteed with a fiduciary guarantee over a supply of goods of 100% of the total credit facility,” she mentioned in the official disclosure.
Ridmarini confirmed that this credit facility will surely increase total liabilities of FISH directly. However, on the other hand, the company will have additional fresh funds for its working capital.
According to idnfinancials.com data, FISH recorded total assets of USD 567.07 million as of June 30, 2022. Meanwhile, the total equity of the company clocked up to USD 160.44 million.
Throughout the first half of 2022, FISH managed to score revenue of USD 732.06 million, bringing its net profit to reach USD 18.82 million. (KR/ZH)
