JAKARTA – PT CSM Corporatama expands its commercial vehicle leasing business by establishing a joint venture with PT Investments LLC and Mitsui & Co Ltd.
Jusak Kertowidjojo, President Director of PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS), the parent company of CSM Corporatama, mentioned that this new joint venture is expected to boost CSM’s revenue. “[We are] establishing joint ventures to branch out to the commercial vehicle leasing business, as well as introducing the Indopenske brand,” he added in the information disclosure quoted Monday (31/10).
This newly-born joint venture is called PT Indomobil Bussan Trucking (IBT).
For information, IMJS reportedly cancelled the plan of debuting CSM Corporatama in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through an IPO in August 2022 after deeming the market condition unstable. (LK/ZH)
