JAKARTA - PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk (ALDO) managed to book a net profit of IDR60.15 billion in the first half of this year, an increase of 12% YoY from IDR53.80 billion in the same period the previous year. When viewed quarterly (Q to Q) the Company's net profit in the third quarter increased by 45% QoQ, where the net profit earned in the July-September period was IDR20.85 billion, a significant increase compared to the net profit in the April-June period of IDR14.33 billion

This increase in net profit was obtained due to net sales which increased 6% YoY to IDR1.10 trillion, from IDR1.04 trillion in the same period of 2021. "We are grateful that in a situation where the inflation rate rose high due to the increase in the price of fuel and the prices of several other commodities, ALDO was able to book positive growth in both sales and net profit. We hope that this positive performance can continue until the end of 2022," said ALDO's President Director, H. Sutanto.

The company, which is committed to developing green products by green processes in its business, uses recycled paper produced by its subsidiary PT Eco Paper Indonesia to produce various products. (LM)
