October 27, 2022: New investors enter three issuers' holdings

JAKARTA - In today's market hints, Thursday (27/10), three issuers have reportedly gained new investors. First, PT Goldfive Investment Capital bought a fantastic number of BSML, reaching 999 million shares. This investment company became the majority shareholder of PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk with 54% ownership.

Subsequently, Chemical Asia Corporation Pte Ltd, an investment company based in Singapore, bought 660 million shares of PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC). Following this, PT Shield On Service Tbk (SOSS) shares was purchased by PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala for 51.2 million shares.
From individual investors, Thio Andriyanto increased his ownership of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk by buying 17.4 million DOID shares. In comparison, Tumiyana sold 112 million WMPP shares from an agricultural commodity company, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa (WMPP).

Still, on the divestment side, the majority shareholder of PT Victoria Investama Tbk, PT Gratamulia Pratama, released 123 million VICO shares, followed by PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, which sold 2 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA).

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) continues selling BCAP shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), as many as 4.3 million shares this time. Finally, PT Philadel Terra Lestari sold 1.32 million shares of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA), and PT Tudung Putra Putri Raya once again sold 2.64 million KEJU shares of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk. (KD)
