JAKARTA. PT Paraga Artamida further asserts its position as the major shareholder of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) after acquiring another 0.07% of BSDE’s shares. With this new percentage on hand, Paraga Artamida now claims 34.23% of BSDE.
Based on the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) yesterday (2/11), Paraga Artamida is said to buy 14.08 million shares of BSDE for IDR 908.19 each or IDR 12.79 billion in total.
Furthermore, the management revealed that Paraga Artamida completed the purchase of those shared from October 24 to 28, 2022. As of now, its stock ownership includes 7,316,603,264 shares or 34.23%, increasing from the initial 7,302,514,764 units.
Then, based on RTI data, BSDE’s current shareholders consist of PT Paraga Artamida that owns 34.23%, PT Ekacentra Usahamaju of 25.63%, public investors of 38.92%, and treasury stock of 1.22%. (AM/ZH)
