JAKARTA – PT Calvin Rekapital Asia (CRA) had reportedly divested its entire shares in PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY), a restaurant network issuer, yesterday (1/11).
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (3/11), Andarurachman Putra, President Director of LUCY, claimed that the number of divested shares clocked up to 56,425,000 units worth IDR 187 each. Once calculated, the total value of this transaction reached IDR 10.55 billion.
After this transaction is fully concluded, CRA will no longer have any portion in LUCY.
As of now, LUCY’s shareholders that have over 5% percentage are Surya Andarurachman, who owns 12.24% of 1,044,878,603 total shares, Dimas Wibowo of 12.48%, PT Delta Wibawa of 45.1%, and public investors of 24.59%. (LK/ZH)
