JAKARTA – PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO) prepares its interim cash dividend distribution of IDR 163.67 billion, or IDR 90 per share, for the fiscal year 2022. It is scheduled to take place next month, on November 22, 2022.
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (3/11), Hari Harjanto, Corporate Secretary of SGRO, revealed that the interim dividend distribution will be based on its records of a net profit of IDR 806.32 billion, retained earnings of IDR 3.77 trillion, and total equity of IDR 5.15 trillion, all reported in September 2022.
Regarding the cum and ex dividend date, SGRO has set said dates in the regular and negotiation market on November 11-12, 2022, an in the cash market on November 15-16, 2022. The recording date of the Official Shareholders List will fall on November 15, 2022, as well. (LK/ZH)
