JAKARTA. PT Superkrane Mitra Utama Tbk (SKRN), a provider of crane and heavy equipment rental services aimed for construction projects, announced its plan to pay interim dividend of IDR 30 per share or IDR 40.31 billion, cumulatively, to its shareholders.
The plan follows the decision made by the Board of Directors of SKRN in late October 2022. “It had also been approved by the board of commissioners on October 31, 2022,” Eddy Gunawin, Corporate Secretary of SKRN, added.
The interim dividend will be available for those who have entered the Official Shareholders List by the recording date on November 14, 2022. Then, the money will be disbursed on December 2, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, SKRM collected a net profit of IDR 87.65 billion as of September 30, 2022. Then, the company also kept its retained earnings of IDR 413.67 billion and total equity of IDR 631.41 billion.
As of now, 65.58% of SKRN’s shares are under the control pt PT Sumi Traktor Perkasa. Then, another 26.5% belongs to Yafin Tandiono Tan, leaving the small 8.37% to public investors and the remaining percentage stored in the treasury stock. (KR/ZH)
