JAKARTA – PT Telemedia Komunikasi Pratama (TKP) has secured a loan facility worth IDR 737.11 billion to pay a deposit for the guarantee of the fibre optic network lease to PT Gemilang Lintang Nusantara (GLN).
Rosi Diani, Corporate Secretary of PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO), the parent company of TKP, claimed that the money that is advanced as a loan to TKP originates from PT Artalindo Semesta Nusantara (ASN). "It had been approved by the shareholders in the Independent General Shareholders Meeting that took place last week (9/11)," she said, as quoted in the information disclosure today (14/11).
ASN is the owner of 43.782% of YELO's shares. The shareholder meeting was joined by the representative of 1,010,307,754 shares, approximately 52.818% of the entire shares issued by the company.
The shareholders also agreed upon the lease of TKP's fibre optic network to GLN worth IDR 1.47 trillion. (LK/ZH)
