Prima Andalan Mandiri to share IDR 1.24 trillion of interim dividend

JAKARTA. PT Prima Andalan Mandiri Tbk (MCOL) announced its plan to channel out interim dividend of IDR 1.24 trillion or IDR 350 per share.

Jeanny Pratiwi, Head of Corporate Secretary of MCOL, claimed that said plan will be in accordance with the result of the meeting of the board of directors last week. “It had been approved by the board of commissioners on November 11, 2022,” she added in the official disclosure.

The interim dividend will be given to those who have been registered as official shareholders of MCOL by November 24, 2022. Then, the money will be disbursed on December 14, 2022.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, MCOL collected a net profit of USD 256.17 million as of September 30, 2022. It also scored retained earnings of USD 392.46 million, while its total equity clocked up to USD 547.99 million.

Until now, PT Edika Agung Mandiri has a claim over 61.20% of MCOL. Then, PT Prima Andalan Utama also recorded 27.90% of MCOL’s shares, followed by public investors of 9.21%. Lastly, the remaining portion goes to the directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/ZH)
