JAKARTA. PT Organon Pharma Indonesia Tbk (SCPI) is arranging its interim dividend distribution of IDR 45,000 per share or IDR 162 billion in total.
According to the official announcement, said plan has been in accordance with the result of the circular meeting that took place November 11, 2022. "It had also been approved by the board of commissioners of the company," the management stated in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be directly transferred to SCPI's shareholders that have entered the official list by November 24, 2022. Then, the disbursement will take place on December 9, 2022.
As of June 30, 2022, SCPI recorded a net profit of IDR 104.21 billion. Then, the company also kept unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 977 billion.
Until now, 98.79% of SCPI's shares are under the control of Organon LLC. The remaining 1.21% belongs to public investors. (KR/ZH)
