Energasindo Heksa to secure USD 17 million facility

JAKARTA – PT Energasindo Heksa Karya (EHK) has obtained a loan facility of USD 17 million from PT Bank HSBC Indonesia in order to support its business expansion and gas pipe infrastructure development.

Yuni Pattinasarani, Corporate Secretary of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), the parent company of EHK, claimed that this financing facility was officially secured last week (17/11). “The facility is meant for EHK and its subsidiaries to expand their business,” she confirmed in the information disclosure quoted Monday (21/11).

As of now, RAJA is currently taking on the oil and gas pipe project for the Rokan Block. The physical construction of said infrastructure had been concluded in December 2021, followed by the oil and gas distribution in January 2022. Lastly, full distribution is set to commence in early 2023, while the finalisation of the oil transportation agreement between the company and Pertamina Hulu Rokan is scheduled to take place at the end of this year.

Other strategic projects of EHK in 2022 include the acquisition of CNG base station in Cikarang, West Java worth USD 8 million, another acquisition of CNG base station in Grobogan, Central Java of USD 5 million, and a joint study of Jabung Tengah Block in Jambi worth USD 1 million. (LK/ZH)
