21 November 2022 12:58

JAKARTA. PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA), a paint manufacturer under the control of the Tanoko family, will disburse interim dividend of IDR 10 per share or IDR 619 billion, cumulatively.

Hera Septi Astuti, Corporate Secretary of AVIA, confirmed that this decision is made after considering AVIA’s solid financial position and operational activities until September (9M) 2022. Throughout those months, the company managed to score IDR 4.9 trillion of revenue and squeeze out IDR 1.08 trillion of net profit.

“This positive performance was supported by product innovation and the development of sustainable distribution channels initiated by AVIA itself,” Astuti explained in the disclosure page in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website.

The interim dividend will be channelled out to AVIA’s shareholders whose names have been registered under the Official Shareholders List by November 30, 2022. The payment schedule is set to December 6, 2022.

PT Tancorp Surya Sentosa currently has a claim over 36.60% of AVIA’s shares, followed by PT Wahana Lancar Rejeki that controls 32.49% of them. Then, Archipelago Investment Private Limited secures another 6.30%, while public investors must share 18.95% of them, leaving the small remaining portions to the members of the Tanoko family.
