JAKARTA – PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) increases its stock portion in PT Kresna Kusuma Dyandra Marga (KKDM) to 73.90% after acquiring 2.10% of shares from Reksa Dana Penyertaan Terbatas (RDPT).

Novianto Ari Nugroho, SVP Corporate Secretary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), the parent company of WTR, confirmed that WTR had repurchased 53,758,872 shares from RDPT Ekuitas Danareksa Toll Road-01 for IDR 52.87 billion. “After transaction, WTR now holds 1,872,784,144 units of shares worth IDR 1.89 trillion,” he explained in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (22/11).

Besides WTR, RDPT claims 25.80% of KKDM’s shares, amounting to 660,797,856 shares worth IDR 660.79 billion, and PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) also owns 7.65 million shares or 0.30% worth IDR 7.65 billion.

According to Nugroho, although WTR’s portion in KKDM increases, KKDM’s performance will still not be consolidated to WTR and WSKT’s financial report.

As of now, WSKT controls 92.10% of WTR’s shares. Prior to the transaction last week (17/11), WTR only had a claim over 71.80% of KKDM’s shares. (LK/ZH)
