JAKARTA. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), the issuer with the highest market capitalisation in Indonesia, has announced its plan to distribute interim dividend worth IDR 35 per share or IDR 4.31 trillion, collectively.
Said plan is in compliance with the decision made by the board of directors earlier this month. “It had also been approved by the board of commissioners on November 16, 2022,” Linda Chandrawati, Vice President of ESG of BBCA, mentioned in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be given out to BBCA’s shareholders who have been registered under the official list by December 5, 2022, before receiving payment on December 20, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, BBCA recorded a net profit of IDR 28.95 billion as of September 30, 2022. Then, the company also still had its retained earnings of IDR 190.92 billion and total equity of IDR 212.09 billion. (KR/ZH)
