Aiding its subsidiary, Impack Pratama Industri lend IDR 150 billion

JAKARTA. PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC), a plastic manufacturer and distributor, had channelled a loan facility worth IDR 150 billion to one of its subsidiaries, PT Unipack Plasindo.

Lenggana Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of IMPC, claimed that said facility is given in the form of a revolving loan, available from November 21, 2022, until November 20, 2025.

Linggawati revealed that the source of this facility is IMPC’s own internal cash. “Unipack Plasindo will utilise the facility from our company to expand its business and enhance its working capital,” she added.

According to idnfinancials.com data, Unipack Plasindo is a subsidiary of IMPC, whose 99% of shares are under the control of said parent company. It is engaged in the plastic manufacturing industry and has been commercially operating since 1992. As of September 30, 2022, Unipack Plasindo recorded total assets of IDR 551.34 billion.

Meanwhile, IMPC’s cash and cash equivalent reportedly reached IDR 155.48 billion as of September 30, 2022. At the same time, its total equity clocked up to IDR 1.78 trillion. (KR/ZH)
