JAKARTA – The revenue of construction service segment of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) reportedly grew 77.37% year-on-year (yoy) in Q3 2022. This massive growth allowed its total revenue to proliferate 70.54% yoy higher.
Based on the Financial Report of Q3 2022 published earlier today (23/11), Johannes Suriadjaja, President Director of Surya Semesta Internusa, claimed that the revenue clocked up to IDR 2.36 trillion, shifting from IDR 1.39 trillion in the same period last year.
The construction service segment contributed IDR 1.73 trillion or 70.10% of total revenue, followed by the hotel segment of IDR 371.25 billion. Then, the rental, parking, maintenance, and utilisation services segment brought in IDR 235.74 billion of revenue, entailed by the industrial lot sales of IDR 79.56 billion and real estate of IDR 51.20 billion.
In the same period in 2021, the construction services turned in IDR 1.01 trillion, entailed by the hotel segment of IDR 102.75 billion, as well as the rental, parking, maintenance, and utilisation services of IDR 225.44 billion. The industrial lot sales contributed iDR 7.38 billion, while real estate revenue reached IDR 41.34 billion.
As a result, its gross profit reportedly soared from IDR 246.90 billion to IDR 553.12 billion (yoy), allowing SSIA to turn the tide from the operating loss of IDR 86.92 billion in Q3 2021 to an operating profit of IDR 341.66 billion. Similarly, its current year’s profit then skyrocketed to IDR 95.78 billion from last year’s loss of IDR 272.87 billion. (LK/ZH)
