JAKARTA – The stock portion of Fraburg Pty Ltd in PT Soho Global Health Tbk (SOHO) now rises 9.47% following the transaction that took place last week (24/11). Said transaction pertains to the restructuring process of Tan Kin Nio’s portion in SOHO.
Quoting the information disclosure Tuesday (29/11), Yuliana Tjhai, Senior Executive Vice President of SOHO, confirmed that Fraburg is actually a company owned entirely by Tan Kin Nio. “Post transaction, he still has an indirect portion in SOHO,” she said.
In this transaction, Fraburg takes over 114,398,617 shares for IDR 5,162 each or IDR 590.52 billion in total, bringing its portion to 120,242,391 shares from the previous 5,843,774 units.
At the same time, Tan Kin Nio’s portion is down to 0% from the initial 9.014%. (LK/ZH)
