JAKARTA. In order to increase the value of the company, Danareksa has conducted business transformation for several state-owned enterprises (BUMN) through some initiatives, including restructuring the National Asset Management Company (lit. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset/PPA) to turn it into a renowned corporation.

During the media gathering session yesterday (28/11), Arisudono Soerono, President Director of Danareksa, claimed that on top of restructuring PPA and non-performing loan (NPL) management, his company has transformed other subsidiaries. For instance, Danareksa has prepared companies in the industrial zone sub-cluster to manage an area in a beneficial location, and is equipped with integrated supporting services for investors.

Other transformative initiatives designed for the industrial zone sub-cluster includes the standardisation of infrastructure and services, enhancement of recurring income, expansion of landbank, and consolidation of back-offices. The valuation of this particular sub-cluster is estimated to reach IDR 56.1 trillion in 2026, proliferating 280% from IDR 12.8 trillion in 2022.

Soerono further mentioned that the transformation is also carried out on PT Nindya Karya, allowing this company to become a green construction company with efficient funding technology development. Therefore, its valuation is estimated to reach IDR 12.6 trillion in 2026 from the initial IDR 3.2 trillion this year.

Furthermore, Balai Pustaka is also transformed into an IP licensing company, which will increase its valuation to IDR 150 billion in 2026 from IDR 10 billion as of present. Then, the Kliring Berjangka Indonesia will also be modified into a clearance-licensed digital company by utilising the technology development and mastery. It will bring the valuation of the company to reach IDR 5.8 trillion in 2026, 76% higher than IDR 3.3 trillion in 2022. (AM/ZH)
