APIC’s net profit contracted 20.44% in Q3 2022

JAKARTA – The profit of PT Pacific Strategic Financial Tbk (APIC) slipped off 20.44% in the third quarter 2022, whereas its revenue arrived 10.42% higher than the same period last year.

In the financial report quoted Tuesday (29/11), Jon Adijaya, President Director of Pacific Strategic Financial, said that the total operating revenue clocked up to IDR 1.79 trillion, increasing from IDR 1.62 trillion recorded in the same period last year. The most extensive contributors to the revenue in Q3 2022, in order, are the gross income from the premium of IDR 1.39 trillion, which shifted from IDR 1.18 trillion (year-on-year/yoy), followed by investment gains that depleted from IDR 178.55 billion to IDR 162.70 billion. Meanwhile, the income from brokerage services also grew from IDR 1.72 billion to IDR 174.06 billion (yoy).

The operating profit arrived lower from IDR 168.77 billion to IDR 105.87 billion (yoy) due to its cost of revenue that swelled from 89.57% to 94.07% of total revenue. Lastly, its net profit shrank from IDR 130.99 billion to IDR 104.20 billion (yoy). (LK/ZH)
