JAKARTA. PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT) announces its plan to distribute interim dividend of IDR 47.25 billion or IDR 15 per share.
This plan aligns with the result of the meeting of the board of directors last week. “It had also been approved by the board of commissioners on November 25, 2022,” Susanti Nilam, Corporate Secretary of SMMT, confirmed in the disclosure page on Indonesia Stock Exchange earlier today (29/11).
The interim dividend will be given to the shareholders of SMMT who have entered the official list by December 9, 2022. Then, the interim dividend will be actually disbursed on December 13, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, SMMT managed to secure a net profit of IDR 282.3 billion as of September 30, 2022. Then, the company also kept its retained earnings of IDR 362.32 billion and total equity of IDR 924.34 billion. (KR/ZH)
