JAKARTA – PT Multifilling Mitra Indonesia Tbk (MFMI) plans to channel out interim dividend of IDR 13.63 billion for this fiscal year 2022.
Senjaya Bidjaksana, Corporate Secretary of Multifilling Mitra Indonesia, claimed that the amount of interim dividend was decided during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting yesterday (30/11). “The interim dividend will be given to shareholders of IDR 18 per share,” he said in the information disclosure quoted today (1/12).
The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiated market is set to December 9 and 12, 2022, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market will take place on December 13-14, 2022. The disbursement will follow on December 22, 2022.
The interim dividend distribution plan is made, after considering MFMI’s net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 16.92 billion, retained earnings of IDR 27.56 billion, and total equity of IDR 128.19 billion. (LK/ZH)
