Two Neo Commerce Bank investors increase their stakes

JAKARTA - On Tuesday (November 29), PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia, the controlling shareholder of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), increased its ownership by 671.5 million shares, bringing it to 27%. Another BBYB shareholder, Rockcore Financial Technology Co. Ltd., purchased 160.21 million shares, bringing this Cayman Islands-based company's ownership to 6.44%.

In addition to BBYB, investors in these following issuers are also increasing their holdings, although on a smaller scale. PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia purchased 55.5 million shares of PT Mitra International Resources Tbk (MIRA), a land transportation company. Following that, PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama, the majority shareholder of snack manufacturer PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA), purchased another 4 million shares, increasing its ownership to 57.55%. Next, individual investor Thio Andrianto purchased 8.27 million shares of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), while PT Nusa Construction Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) is still buying back 4.63 million shares.

Two majority shareholders, on the other hand, reduced their holdings. PT Goldfive Investment Capital was the first to sell 25.1 million shares of PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML), followed by PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, which sold 13.29 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). Finally, PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya sold 2.64 million shares of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (KEJU), and UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd sold 4.69 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP). (KD)
