JAKARTA. PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) plans to channel out interim dividend of IDR 28 billion or IDR 421.1 billion, collectively, by the end of this year.
Sudjono, Corporate Secretary of BFIN, mentioned that this plan corresponds to the result of the meeting of the board of directors last week. “It had also been approved by the board of commissioners on December 2, 2022,” he claimed in the official disclosure.
The interim dividend will be given out to BFIN’s shareholders who have entered the official list by December 16, 2022. They will receive the payment on December 22, 2022.
According to idnfinancials.com data, BFIN had scored IDR 1.31 trillion of net profit until September 2022. It also kept its retained earnings and total equity of IDR 7.23 trillion and IDR 8.6 trillion.
As of now, approximately 51.38% of BFIN is claimed by Trinugraha Capital & Co SCA. Then, another 48.62% belongs to public investors, leaving the small remaining portion in its own treasury. (KR/ZH)
