JAKARTA. PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) will issue the Shelf-Registration Bonds IV Phase I Year 2022 with a total principal of IDR 3.1 trillion.
Said bonds are included in the part of the public offering program of the Shelf-Registration Bonds IV of MDKA with a collective target of IDR 15 trillion.
The coupon attached to this first phase bonds is set to 10.30% per year, while the tenor of the bonds will last three years.
The public offering of MDKA’s bonds is scheduled to take place from December 7 to 8, 2022, entailed by the electronic distribution of shares on December 13, 2022. Then, the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will follow the next day on December 14, 2022.
In this bonds issuance, MDKA has appointed five security companies as lead underwriters. They are PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Sucor Sekuritas, PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas, PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM). (KR/ZH)
