JAKARTA. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) has issued a Negotiable Certificate of Deposit (NCD) in rupiah and US dollar worth a total of IDR 2.99 trillion.
The amount of NCD in rupiah that has been issued by BBNI is IDR 2.5 trillion. NCD in rupiah will be offered in three series, sporting the lowest coupon of 5.90% per year and the highest of 6.20% per annum.
Meanwhile, the NCD in US dollar is worth USD 31.5 million, which is equivalent to IDR 492.1 billion. The coupon attached to this version of NCD is set to 4.25% per year.
Several parties have been assigned as joint arrangers in BBNI’s NCD issuance. They include PT BNI Sekuritas, PT BCA Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM). The distribution of all NCD series is scheduled to take place on December 8, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, BBNI collected total assets worth IDR 943.61 trillion as of September 30, 2022, while its cash clocked up to IDR 11.81 trillion. Lastly, its total equity reportedly reached IDR 134 trillion. (KR/ZH)
