Kadin encourages its members to debut through IPO

07 December 2022 10:54

JAKARTA – The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (lit. Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia/Kadin) encourages its members to look for funding schemes in the capital market.

Arsjad Rasjid, Chairman of Kadin Indonesia, claimed that many of Kadin’s members have the potential to progress even further through the initial public offering (IPO) schemes in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

“However, as of now, most of them have yet to become publicly listed companies due to the lack of knowledge regarding the capital market and information about IPO,” Rasjid explained after the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) alongside Iman Rachman, President Director of IDX, yesterday (6/12).

Through this MoU, Kadin plans to educate its members and hold a coaching clinic regarding IPO requirements for them. (LK/ZH)
