JAKARTA – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) has appointed Shanti Puruhita as its new President Director during the last Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on December 6, 2022. Puruhita will step in following the resignation of Amir Yusuf.
As revealed in the official announcement yesterday (7/12), Shanti Puruhita used to be the Director of Commercial and Business Development of IPCM prior to her new position. On the other hand, Amir Yusuf had submitted his resignation from the president director position earlier in mid-October 2022, after being appointed as a member of the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) of 2022-2027.
According to the official profile page, Puruhita once sat as the President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama in 2019-2020, and the President Director of PT Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia from 2017 to 2019. As of now, Puruhita will act as both President Director and Director of Commercial and Business Development of IPCM until the company found another candidate for the vacant position.
For the record, there have been no changes detected in other members of the board of directors and commissioners.
This decision was made final during the meeting on Tuesday (6/12) that was joined in by 88,04% of the shareholders with valid authority, who represent 4,645,783,610 units of shares. (ZH)
