JAKARTA – PT Pelayaran Tamarin Samudra Tbk (TAMU) has decided to lease CBU Accommodation Work Barge from PT Pertamina Hulu Energi OSES to ensure the stability of its future revenue.
In the disclosure page in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) issued today (8/12), Edi Purwanto, Corporate Secretary of TAMU, confirmed that TAMU and PT Pertamina Hulu Energi OSES have signed the contract regarding the charter of CBU Accommodation Work Barge for the Petroleum Superior vessel. The value of this contract clocks up to IDR 301.99 billion.
Furthermore, Purwanto further revealed that this contract will last five years, starting from November 18, 2022, to November 17, 2027.
With this charter agreement on hand, TAMU plans to reinforce its operational activities and stabilise its revenue in the future, guaranteeing the company its business sustainability. (ZH)
