JAKARTA – PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC) announced its plan to chanel out interim dividend of approximately IDR 112.75 billion or IDR 25 per share on December 23, 2022.
According to the information disclosure released yesterday (8/12), this corporate action aligns with the circular decision of the Board of Directors of TSPC, and had been approved by its board of commissioners on December 6, 2022.
Furthermore, Shania, Corporate Secretary of Tempo Scan Pacific, informed that the interim dividend will be distributed to those whose names have entered the Official Shareholders List by December 20, 2022, at 4 PM.
The company also has set the cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market to December 16 and 19, 2022, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market will follow on December 20-21, 2022.
As of September 30, 2022, TSPC recorded IDR 540.59 billion of net profit. It also posted unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 6.18 trillion and total equity of IDR 7.18 trillion. (ZH)
