JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) has issued 4.77 million units of treasury shares in the regular market through Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Ang Andri Pribadi, Director of SMSM, confirmed that the sales had been carried out from December 2 to 12, 2022. In this corporate action, the company assigned PT Investindo Nusantara Sekuritas as the arranger.
Throughout the selling period, the treasury shares of SMSM were offered for IDR 1,545 to IDR 1,555 per share. In total, the company managed to collect proceeds of IDR 7.39 billion at the end of this corporate action.
“By selling these treasury shares, the company has concluded the sales of the entire shares regained from the buyback,” Pribadi stated in the information disclosure in IDX.
In today’s trading, SMSM’s shares were opened at IDR 1,590 per share. It slipped off to IDR 1,580 before soaring to IDR 1,850 per share at 9.35 AM WIB. (KR/ZH)
