PGUN to take over Senabung Anekapratiwi’s assets

JAKARTA – PT Pradiksi Gunatama Tbk (PGUN), a crude palm oil refinery, plans to take over and merge assets of its subsidiary, PT Senabung Anekapertiwi (SA), for operational and cost efficiency purposes. After this merger, SA will be dissolved.

Tamlikho, Director of Pradiksi Gunatama, claimed that this merger of subsidiary will be further discussed during the General Shareholders Meeting on December 21, 2022. “The merger will be effective after receiving the notification of change in our Articles of Association from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Monday (19/12).

SA is known to have the access to manage a palm plantation of 16,404 hectares (Ha) under its rights of cultivation in Paser, East Kalimantan. The production capacity of fresh fruit bunches reached 10,05 tons per hectare until August 2022.

As of now, mature/producing plants grow on a tract of land of 5,964.13 Ha, while the immature plants take up 1,672.63 Ha of land. Furthermore, the potential arable land reaches 6,955.39 Ha, while the infertile land spans 1,552.25 Ha.

The total equity of SA, which will be merged into PGUN, clocks p to IDR 601.79 billion or approximately IDR 1,101,358 per share. (LK/ZH)
