Telkom to aid health start-up with IDR 30 billion investment

JAKARTA. PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) has invested IDR 30 billion of fresh funds in a healthy lifestyle start-up called PT Fita Sehat Nusantara.

Fita Sehat Nusantara is one of the start-ups owned by TLKM through Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital (TED). This start-up provides a healthy lifestyle guide service through its platforms, namely Fita and CATCH.

Raden Achmad Faisal, VP Investor Relations of TLKM, claimed that this capital investment will be allocated to develop its priority products, which will not only focus on its users. “It will also be utilised to complete any supporting features used by professional coaches in helping the users attaining their health goals,” he announced in the information disclosure.

Faisal also mentioned that this extra capital would aid Fita Sehat in its journey to become the leading and integrated health platform in Indonesia.

Based on IDNFinancials, TED was established in 2021 as an information and technology service provider. It recorded total assets of IDR 883 billion as of September 30, 2022. (KR/ZH)
